The worst customer service ever!

Be cautious of Merry Maids in Washington DC and Merry Maids coporate officein Memphis TN. The neighborhood department in Washington DC washed among my homes for around 4 weeks. I'd to contact three times and advise them to wash and sanitize your kitchen devices (something which was mentioned once the francise operator published the initial estimate). After not turning up to get a planned visit oneday I named the francise operator. He was rude and incredibly disrespectful. I expected for that Merry Maids corporate telephone number and he declined to provide it in my experience. I came across the telephone number by myself and named. I can not tell how unfavorable and disorganized the corporation is. After making numerous communications to get a person in the francise assistance group and obtaining no-return telephone calls I eventually got your hands on the leader (it required 2 communications and over per week on her to contact me back). I still never got Merry Maids to fix the issue.in these difficult financial situations you believe a business might attempt to maintain a dedicated client. If you should be buying maid service I'd think hard before getting Merry Maids into your house because of the disappointment plus they have caused me.
