Our company had a with Dex Media for just one year that we settled through our Qwest telephone bill. I obtained a telephone call wondering about reviving and informed them I should talk to my spouse/spouse. Then they called back and we informed them NO, we don't need anymore marketing together, simply the free, simple record.

After I received my present telephone bill, there's a fee for Dex Media Online for twice the price as this past year. I called them instantly and informed them I'd talked to repetition. And didn't need anymore marketing. They refused I'd voiced for them the 2nd period about questioning potential advertisement. And said it had been too late, our advertisement restored and that I needed to purchase the entire year.

I tried calling their statements quantity, the repetition I talked to, etc. They stated we'd to pay for of course if we did not, they'd publish us to selections.

I've tried and never had the opportunity to solve this. We're a small company that's attempting to endure without spending money on additional marketing that people do not require.
