Rip Off Signed me up for $69.95/month membership fee without my permission

On Jan 6th I used my Paypal account to purchase a $1.98 CD of information from Grant Funding Search.
I found out the next day they also charged me $69.95 for a membership, and will charge me the same every month. I complained about the charge to paypal, but they did nothing and said they had insufficient evidence that I did not authorize this charge.
I am furious, because I was also charged for two NSF fees by my bank because of the charge, so this scam cost me $139.95.
Stay away from these people!
