Beware! We purchased a Harmon pellet range from Woodmanis. The very first year the range worked great. Throughout the second-year the range broke down. Woodmanis could not determine the issue. They arrived many times and delivered various repair technicians every time. All of them had another reason behind the range no longer working. They changed a they believed was eliminated. Once they place it in they mounted it backwards and attempted to inform us the environment was incorrect. They charged people for anything - including warranty work. You'd be better using your cash in a barrel than purchasing from their website. The dog owner - Dianne - isn't prepared to back-up what she claims or what she offers.
