Beware consumers

My partner bought a $1,600 range med size woodstove. It did not allow it to be one winter and also the flue construction crumbled. While openning the range precisely to weight timber there is a back boost of fires and warmth that reach the roof. The support technicians looked over the range and stated they'd be to repair the problem. They have not been since or named. I suppose they do not back Vt Castings. We invested great cash on which we believed was a great item. Today we understand that Vt Castings cannot back-up there own item. We were tricked and also have 500 pounds of ineffective castiron within our home. Unhappy with product or sevice!!! Beware customers!!
