I have been dealing with Victorian Fund for 3 months attempting to refinance a sub-prime mortgage. The consultant from day-one stated that He was alone that may place the mortgage through. Preceding we'd be dealing with Residential Mortgage Loan Facilities of Pikesville, doctor to obtain a quotation.

Victorian was made conscious from day-one that people required one more 10,000 cash-out. After researching, requesting an answer, the repetition from Victorian was impolite, arrogant, and refused my request financing! It had been refused since I pointed out that in the final there could be no cash-out. He lied in my experience, and today, I am designed to function as the offender... Do Not conduct business with. They're misleading, dishonest and liars!
