Charged more than quoted, showed up over 2 weeks late, damaged and broke items

The movers came in, demanded more than they had quoted and then stormed off and left me with an apartment packed in boxes. They came back the next day just as rude, I ended up having to pay the amount they wanted since they had my deposit and I was due to move the next day. I really had no choice.

The showed up 3 weeks later and tried to charge me more before I could get my stuff. I couldn't believe it! All of my stuff was dented, damaged and scratched even though I had packed it great. They tracked mud through my apartment and lots of glasses, picture frames etc were broken. They still wont return my call. This move across country was a nightmare.
