Dermitage offers s "trial offer" and if you are not happy which I WAS NOT, you return the unused portion and are supposed to be refunded the 3.97 for shipping and hanling.

They put an extra charge onmy credit card that I did not agree to befire the package was EVER mailed. I then called to cancel the contractand the guy said no problem as my trial offer had never left the ware house and he issued me my RMA number which it states you must have to cancel. It is 123099.

If you are not issued an RMA #, they can then charge your credit card 89.00 a month until you do cancel and receive this RMA #. Well I have had since the beginning of February and this is the end.

They sent my package anyway which I returned in original package UNOPENED. I WROTE the RMA #all over the package and "fradulent company." I have now forgottenthe exact address I sent the box back to but it left as quickly as it came and costs me 4 dollars to send it back plus they have neber credited the 3.97. They will not answer their toll free # and I have e-malled them daily with NOT ONE REPLY.

I am scared to death though they have back their precious goods with RMA # in hand that they are going to start billing me 89.00 amonth so I am goingto cancel that credit card today and have to wait 2 weeks onanother.

Just avoid the hassle of dealing with these frauds as the initial package should never have been sent and now amazingly - YOU CANNOT REACH THEM!

Chalk up another learned lesson over bad companys and "free" deals on the web. You take the bait and they disappear with their e-mail addresses and phone #'s.

The toll free # rings about 40 times anad then an automated or computer voice comes on and says "your party is busy." The phone call then ends
