Rip-off over charges & worn credit back account Longview Washington

I have ben a us cellular coustomer for 3 years. I renewed my contract in August for 24 monts. I went on vacation and when I got home I was greeted with a 364. Dollar cell phone bill for roaming. I called customer service and was told that i was not on the plan that allowed me the 11 western states as my home arrea. YEt the signed contract in my hand said I was.

THe customer service rep was rude and of no help. I then had to take time off from work to go to the store in longview where the sales person that sold me the plan admitted that I was set up in the computer for the wrong plan.US cellular no longer offered that plan they sold me and I was told I had to pick another plan. THey would not cancle my contract nor would they credit me back the 240 dollars i had ben over charges for service.

I am currently sewing in small claims court. For all the monies thus far paid to us cellular and damages.Us cellular is a huge rip off and i would strongly advise you go with another carrier...
