Arizona Model Aircrafters
Took my order, charged my Master Card, and never delivered the product. Said they'd give refund, but never did after 6 months

This company took my order for a kit in August. Over the ensuing months when I enquired as to the status, they made all kinds of calims such as their machinery was down, they needed a new installer, and finally I demanded a refund. They said they cut a check (why not refund to my credit card?) but I never received it.
