This guy takes your MONEY up front and then does "AS LITTLE WORK AS POSSIBLE"

Everyone beware, stay away from this lawyer, he uses the classic bait and switch approach to get you to agree to use his services. He promises you the world and then does absolutely nothing for you. I retained Breidenbach for what he described as a simple divorce. Two years later I am still married no thanks to him. He took my money up front and thereafter told me I was on my own. He did not respond to telephone calls or emails.in fact he doesn't even show up at his office. When I gave him an ultimatum he responded by forcing his girlfriend on me. She is also a lawyer and she needed an additional $3,000 to represent me. After almost two years of his abuse I threatened to report him to the state bar unless he refunded my retainer.instead he sends me a bill and says that I owe him additional legal fees. Go figure.

I have retained another attorney and what a joy it is dealing with someone who actually pays attention to my case. This guy, Breidenbach, has too much baggage whether it be his feud with his brother, his never ending problems opening his own office, and his own insolvency issues, I for one am ecstatic that his issues are no longer mine.
