In my MANY home Sales / Purchases in Hernando County Florida I have found that the Realtors in the office are without exception, the LAZIEST anywhere in the county. They NEVER return calls, do NOT pick up their phones, rarely give out their cell phone numbers, often do not show up for appointments... And the list goes on! It is almost like each one is in charge of their own SALES PREVENTION DEPT. I cannot explain it... But it DOES exist! The ONLY way to deal with them is to drive around yourself, call ONLY the listing agent on a property you have an interest in, TRY to get them to answer the phone, and move on if unsuccessful. Anything else is just a huge waste of your time.
