Service is terrible

I hired one guide from Chegg.com in August. It's today Sept and that I still have not obtained the guide. I talked online with customer support representatives and also the first one was useful, he returned delivery and guaranteed it'd be delivered via one-day atmosphere. Aprox two times because of time. Well, used to donot receive my book-like guaranteed and so I talked with another repetition. She's horrible. She does not react to me.informs me there's no following info accessible and informs me that the boss has had care of my purchase. Does not apoligize or something. I talked together with her boss and he informs me he will overnight it to ensure that I have it 24 hours later. Used to donot receive until mon the next week. They did return my cash, however they nevertheless desired the book back. DON'T RENT FROM CHEGG.com THEY'RE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.invest the several additional bucks from amazon or textbookrus or anything. Itis worth it. You'll have it promptly.
