Rip off

Chegg is just a ripp off... They charged me $400 for books that were delivered back 3 days following the 15-day grace and that i was told the charges could be reversed by anyone then was told they'd not from the boss despite the fact that my daughter had what most would contact extenuating circumstances and wasn't able to send the publications back promptly. We called to tell them the problem about the 22nd (one day after the cost) with no acceptance was handed... Horrible customer support... Won't use them again...
