Encompass Media Group/Randy Taylor. Filed suit, one year later still no payment

Encompass Media Group, hired me to deliver promotional pharmacy bags in February. I finished the work to their satisfaction (however their method was not very effective whatsoever). After a month and numerous email communications with Encompass' staff, which include Randy Taylor and Leah Misrakah (spelling?) I filed a law suit against the company. Encompass Media Group ultimately lost the legal battle, and after 6 months still owes me close to $1000. Which includes fuel that I paid for to deliver their goods.

I do not anticipate that this will yield a payment because they clearly do not have any regard for their business reputation. If anyone finds them offering temp positions locally on craigslist or any other service, be advised that you may incur expenses and may not be compensated.

Also, if you are a company and are thinking of using them for marketing services, also be notified of their behavior which maybe a poor reflection of your company. I am not much of a complainer, and I think many complaints on this website are from whiners who expect someone to give them something, but I actually did work and I was not paid.
