Encompass Media Group, in collusion with, Ken Lewis, Pres & CEO of BOA, and Pres of FIA Card Services stole $155,000 from my credit card

Despite a number of certified letters sent and received by Ken Lewis of Bank of America and FIA Card Services and Encompass Media Group, they continue to fraudulently pursue a fraudulent charge of $155,000 against a credit card issued by Mercantile Peninsule Bank with a $70,900 limit. Encompass Group used ACH to remove about $20,000 from Shore Bank checking account.

When I called Encompass Group, Bill Mason, Vice President of Encompass Group, and tried to explain that I didn't authorize these charges, he hung up on me. When I called the Encompass Credit Department and explained the situation they also hung up the telephone on me.

I reported the theft to the Attorney General of NY and to the Attorney General of Virginia (in which state I reside) and to the police chief of the local police department. While the fBI said I have a case of identity theft because they charged $155,000 against my credit card when the only charge I made was $1200.

The local police chief apparently inaccurately reported the loss to the Eastern Shore of VA Commonwealth's Attorney who incorrectly decided not to pursue the fraud.

I communicated with the Executive, the Legislative, and the Judicial Systems in VA concerning the fraud and they didi nothing.

Account Executive Maurice Boatwright at NY Resident Publications was the only person I spoke with and authorized him to make charges totaling $5000 in cash and $1200 by charge card which I paid, but never authorized $155,000 in charges especially since my charge card had a limit of $70,900.

Bill Mason was not truthful when he said there were conference calls between myself, Maurice Boatwright, Bill Mason and the Bank of America.

Mr. Boatwright made arrangements to visit me on the Eastern Shore and i secured a hotel room for him and for some unknown reason he did not come. Mr. Boatwright told me he was leaving NY Resident Publications because they were stealing money from people's bank accounts and their credit cards.
