Netshades Failure to deliver or respond to requests Lenexa

I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses from NetShade.com, I have requested an update on 3 different occasions. I have checked my order 4 times over the last 3 weeks. It is still saying "In Packing" as the status. I have filed a claim with Pay Pal for non-delivery of purchase. This company is a rip-off. They have no 800 number, they don't answer the requests and they failed to deliver the order within the 20 day time limit required by doing business with Pay Pal.

Just so you all are aware, Netshades.com does business as Sunglassking.com as well so beware of eithter company. Next time, no orders to companies without an 800# for support.
