False Advertising

I recently purchased an expensive pair of sunglasses from Netshades.com. These sunglasses could have been purchased from other well known online retailers; however, I opted to go with netshades.com as they seemed to make it a point to advertise the fact that they are above the rest because of the fact that they take returns for exchange OR refund. Upon receipt of the sunglasses, I decided that they were in fact not quite the style that I was looking for and accordingly opted to return them. After reading through the site policies I came to find that an RMA # had to be issued by netshades to be able to proceed with a return. I looked high and low on the website for a contact # and could find nothingso I resorted to emailing the company on 4 separate occasions within a one week period and NEVER heard anything back. Finally, after realizing that the company clearly could care less about me as a customer I ended up selling the glasses at a loss to someone else just so I could at least recover SOME of the money that I put out for the purchase.
Dont let them fool you with their false advertising. If you decide to take the risk and order from them, you better be 100% sure about your purchase because you definitely cant rely on their supposed return policy.
