Bad service

Do not do business with ecost!!! Their policies are EXTREMELY unfair to buyers. I received a defective Linkstation and was told I cannot return it and they could not replace it since they were out of stock. They only left me one options, which was to pay for a much more expensive model.

Hmm... Let me think... What if the more expensive model comes to me defective too and it just happens to be out of stock. Then what?

Also, I noticed their replies on this site is another slap in the face to any dissatisfied customer.
