I ordered a Polo sweatshirt on Feb 11th, it is now March 4th and I have not received it. I called on numerous occasions, left voicemails and no one has contacted me back or sent me my sweatshirt. I have filed a claim with my credit card company as I have serious concerns about ever receiving the sweatshirt they charged me for or any refund since they never shipped it.
