In october I received a call from a Don Johnson saying I could receive a credit card if I paid 298.00. I thought I asked the right questions but apparently it was too good to be true.

He told me that the 298.00 included all fees, and that I would never have to pay an annual fee. I gave him my checking account info. Big mistake! They took it out and told me it would take 7-10 days to process. Well it is now march. I have been in contact with them. I requested a refund because they were unable to send me a credit card.

They told me they had to send my credit application to at least five banks before they could issue a credit. I spoke to someone about 4 weeks ago and they told me they were still waiting to see if I would get a card from a certain bank. I ask for a refund at that time, they told me that was only the third try and they still had 2 more tries.

And of course I would have to fax all the declined letters to them. Needless to say I tried to call them and their phone number is disconnected. I tried information and they had no listing. If anyone has a number could you please email me.
