4 e mails and no reply?

Well I purchased this program that Teli offers and lost the entire PC Have e mailed her 4 times now I am not happy... All for waiting password info? How can it be that including the PayPal rcpt for transaction she can not get back to me? She asks for 48 hours and it has been weeks... What is my next step besides a complaint to PayPal which I am sure will do nothing either...
