Fired me for no reason

Well where do i begin i worked for spedway for a year and a half. One day i came to work and the manager called me in the office and told me i was fired. Never really giving me a legitament reason. The girl i worked with was filling my change machine up and some somolians came in so she left my change machine up and went to her register the one somolian stold 72 dollars in change out of the changer and i was on break at the time. He said he was firing me for notfollowing company policy. I tried to get unemployment and i was denied. This manager came in there and fired or made people quitfrom the old crew we had. The dm never called me back like he was supposed to and the lady at the hr said they were fully staffed but i called and there is openings all over columbus. I wolud like to seu them but every attorney i talk to tells me i have no case but how can these people keep doing this to people nd getting away with it is bull.
