Ripoff Fired For No Reason

About 3 weeks ago I purchased a radar detector using my discount. I purchased this radar using my finance's debit card as a gift from her to me for my birthday.

The next day my manager called my in the office and asked who's debit card it was and I told him and he called human resources on me.

I told him if it was such a big deal I would brang the radar back in out of my car and purchase it using my debit card so I don't lose my job.

There is a girl in the wireless department who has been giving her discount to her sister to purchase stuff, this all being caught by loss provention.

Human resources was called for this two different times and she was never even suspended for doing what she did.

I was suspended for a day then fired the next day. I called human resources and told them everything and the case manager gave me all kinds of attitude.

Last time I checked HR was an employee hotline and she wanted nothing to do with what I had to say. She then said the case was closed and it was up to my store manager whether I am fired or not.

About two months ago I had an incident where I called HR on this manager and they said it would be confidental and he would be spoken too but would not know who told on him.

The next day at work he called me in his office and asked why I called HR on him. He said if I had a problem with him I should come directly to him and not call HR.

This leads me to believe that he then fired me because of when I called HR on him. I should not be fired for what I have done when people still working there have done worse.

Also, when I said I would brang it back and pay for it using my own debit card, they refused the idea. I was not hiding it or anything, I just wanted to keep my job.

I have put in a year and a half of hardwork and have been demoted due to the company going through some changes. I lost pay because of it and my store manager said I handled it well and if something came up in the future this would help my greatly.

I want to sue BestBuy and my managers for wrongful termination!
