Misleading and ambiguous terms make you think you have a "free" trial after recieving cd that does not come!

Shops, Products, Services

This company uses lead-ins like... As Seen On TV, MSNBC and ABC. Giving you a false sense of security.

As soon as you order the cd and pay $2.95, your free trial has begun! Meanwhile you are waiting for this cd to arrive at which time you will have the 7 days to review and decide to cancel or become a member. No such luck! You are charged $68.13 (non-refundable) for your first month, but it gets better, if you don't cancel at either 14 or 21 days, they then charge you additional fees for "bonus items". Also, they have My Club Rewards in there that has access to your credit card information and they will begin charging for their "services". It says that they will only do this after they have called you and verified the charges with you, but I'm not taking any chances.

I have not recieved the cd yet but they sure got their money. What a waste of time and energy. Since I charged this through VISA, my bank said I can dispute the charges and get my money back as they have been very successful in recovering because companies like this know that they are misleading people in their TERMS agreement.

BEWARE TO ALL, they are snakes preying on your need!
