Unauthorized charges attached to my AT & T phone bill

Upon receiving my AT&T phone bill I noticed a charge from The Billing Resource. I called the 800# and they informed me that they are simply the billing provider for the service of Nationwide Voice Mail. I have been unable to get through as of yet to dispute this unauthorized charge of #16.68.
