I recieved numerous charges on my phone bill over the last few months by The Billing Resource ETS without my knowledge or approval to add any private voice mail service. I am an disabled personnel without a business, can not work nor have a need to keep voice mails private from my spouse. Why is a company taking what is not theirs and and doing it in a sneaky fashion and talent for doing so.
