SAI Security system is a COMPLETE ripoff! They have complete IDIOTS working for them!

After having ANOTHER billing issue with SAI Security System, I decided to google "opinions about SAI Security system", hoping to find someone else with the same issues that we have had! Guess what??? I didn't have to look too hard! To the guy in Denver and the guy in Maryland... You are not alone! We sympathize with you! Everyone beware when these security system people come to your door telling you that you have a great lawn and they are looking for customers like yourself, for them to advertise their sign etc. Etc. And they will give you a discount or great rate on your security system... Shut the door in their face! As soon as you agree, a team of people will come speeding down your street and invade your home, putting in your system. They wrote down the numbers wrong on our billing information on day 1! This is when the roller coaster started! All the stuff that you read in the other guys negative report, basically all happened to us as well!!! They have screwed us over and over and over so many times and people in billing can't seem to communicate! You will be on hold for hours on end, IF you even get anyone to answer the phone! They have screwed our billing history up so many times that I am afraid of what our perfect credit history looks like now! If you are looking for a security system, go with someone like ADT... Or someone that is more reputable than this company! We are waiting for our contract to be up and we are done!!! Don't waste your time with these people and don't fall for their compliments! You will only get screwed in the end!!! Ditto everything that the other guys wrote in their reports!
