Renewal billing without asking will not responde to messages no phone listed

I subscribe to classmate.com when my 40th and my husband class reunion were coming. It was for 6 months. I used my credit card. But when they told me renewal was coming up I did not responde. I thought that was the end of it. I got my bill from my credit card and there is a charge for $39.00 since then I have been trying to reach them. Zero they are not even listed in the yellow page for 800 # or regular. I have written 2 time nothing. I have read you reports and I see I am not the only one with a problem with them.
