They Take your money and never ship—never respond

I ordered $116.23 from this company on January 7th of 2009. The order was for my son as a belated Christmas present. I recieved the "confirmation" email from them but they never shipped the merchandise. I have attempted to make contact with them via their email addresses and phone numbers with negative results. No response to either.
I have now opened a case with the BBB of NJ as well. Case number—80062879.

I recommend you don't do business with this company as there are very many sites with complaints on how they take your money and never deliever. If I can help at least one unsuspecting web based buyer to not get ripped off then I almost feel vindicated. I am not sure how a company can get away with this kind of theft for what seems to be such a long time but it needs to be dealt with as soon as possible.
