Charged for services not ordered

Called me and demanded payment of over $700.00. They had me on a recording that I authorized this. I did not authorize this. They verified my address and name over the phone and gave me a confirmation number. I stated that I did not order their services but was told by a rude lady that I did since they had me on a recording. I asked why they did not have a written and signed contract from me. She stated that they did not need one. When I deal with advertising I always have a written contract.

I also looked up this information on their website and my company name is not there. So if I'm paying for advertisement as they stated and billed me for, then why is my company not listed. This company is using false and deceptive practices to reel in unknowingly customers and it needs to stop.
