They tell you they will find you the properties, they will get them funded for you if you have no money, no credit, or no equity to use, then they will coach you step by step holding your hand on how to rehad the property and resell. What a joke. You get sent information from them that can found on the computer for free. They never answer the phone when you call for questions, you play phone tag, then when you do talk to them they don't answer the questions you have, they pass you on to speak to someone else.
