Ripoff

I mailed 4 textbook to Ecampus.com under their buyback program and on the site it says that a check will be mailed after they receive the books. They approved the buyback and claimed a check would be mailed.

8 weeks later I contacted buyback customer service through email (no phone number was listed) and they said due to the enourmous volume of books it may take 12-14 weeks to receive the check.

Now, after 14 weeks, I contacted them again and they said they have NO IDEA when my check will be sent.

Today, I have contacted the Kentucky BBB and I will update this post with the results of my complaint.
