My buddy obtained a disc within the email around march, considering nothing of it he quit it within the junk container at our home. Subsequently in mid-may they deliver a statement stating he owes $29 for that disc plus some support contract.

After I called the client support to ask about how they got the data of the child who's ten years old actually. The got up empty, these were more intrested to obtain their disc back and never reply the issue.

After wondering basically had gotten the disc that we stated I'd, they explained to deliver it back (like I'd spend present for many POS) with me spending the shipping.

I stated that I'd deliver the disc only when they delivered an RMA deal.

I really gotta question how these folks remain in company when they have "Available Payment" (Whilst The CSR stated). Why anybody might signal anybody up for support.
