I have a desktop HP Pavillion that crashed. I chatted with their customer support and ordered the recovery disc. They sent the wrong disc and promised to send it again asap since I paid for the fed ex 2 day. It has been 3 days and they said disc not sent yet because they are waiting for the case manage r to respond. This is the worst company to deal with. I promised not to buy HP computers anymore.
