Poor service and questionable practices

Our previous mom lately found a Disc which was to possess come due 2 yrs before, Oct. I named Fifth-Third lender who established the lifestyle of the Disc and also the proven fact that they'd not sent a repair notice in 2007. They agreed to spend the face-value of the Disc, overlooking they have been gathering attention on that cash for 2 decades without spending one penny to my mom. I expected for a pursuit modification to offset her deficits. 3 months later they ultimately explained that there's nothing that they're prepared to do about that scenario except slice a look for the total amount about the Disc. That’s what I call customer support. I'm sorry our government is bailing out companies that not worry about their clients.
