Did Not uphold his guarentee

This site guarentees a number 1 page rating with google within 1-7 days. It rquires a three (3) month contract, the package I choose was for 119.95 a month. I was not ranked number 1 on google for the 90 days at best I appeared 5 times on page 1 with google.

I emailed them and requested my money back he emailed me back stating I was ranked on page 1 with google. I checked real fast and I was. The following day I wasn't on page 1 with google? (I have screen shots of page rankings for the time he states I was ranked on page one when I was not)

Again I rquested my money back and was told about the 3 month contract. I could only cancel my account after the 90 days. I did cancel after the 90 days and was billed again for the fourth month. This man knew of my displeasure with his services and billed me anyway. I feel that he doesn't live up to his guarentee by any stretch of the imagination.

He can not be reached through the toll free number on his website nor does the live chat operate. This guy is a ripoff artist in my opinion. I've contacted my lawyers to demand my money back.
