I was going to file a devorise in syracuse ny. He said he would help me if i piad him 1,500 in cash. After i paid him the money he never filed and never renturned any of my phone calls. He moved his office and im not to sure where he is working, but do not do businnes with this man. I paid him 07 and even to 02-08 will not answer his phone or call me back to refund my money or file my case for me
