I had opened a lay-away account with Joshua tice who at the time was co-owner of southern furniture direct in colonie ny. I paid over 500.00 dollards for some furniture and never got the furniture because with out any notice, they shut down and moved away. They did not contact me in anyway nor did they leave a forwarding address or phone number. I tract mr. Tice to weekenders furniture in syracuse ny. I tried to talk with him and he is trying to act like he dosn't have anything to with this matter. He is liar and a thief and I want my money back. Now he is in syracuse trying to rippoff someone else. He needs to be stopped.
