Jeff Shuleman posted on Craigslist that he had shelf corps for sale and would take $1995 plus 4% on the backend. He's had over 45 days to do so and still has yet to deliver one single thing.
He's a lying piece of sh! T that he and William D. Harper (whom is a politician in Syracuse, NY) are scamming people out of money. I've filed reports with the FBI, NY State Police and the Syracuse police department.
He's not even man enough to answer his phone or emails. I'm stopping at nothing to take this guy down. I might get in trouble for communicating threats, but that's ok.
