Unreliable bags

Last Friday I bought 2 bits of baggage from JC Penney from "Liz & Co" that will be evidently a Liz Clairborne "licensee" organization named Banda nco. It had been something special for my childis 18th birthday as she was getting her first journey alone and would Scotland. She's dealing with a damaged supply and cracked sternum from a car collision, and so I needed anything simple to manage and trusted. I settled over $200 these 2 bits of baggage. The wheels about the large carrier smashed while going right through the airport. I approached JC Penney, Liz Claiborne Co and Bandanco — Bandanco experienced the nerve to mail me back informing me to deliver them the carrier (at my cost) plus they might do the repair or substitute it in three or four months. Meanwhile, my child is in Scotland having a carrier she can't bring or move — counting on total visitors to assist her.

Any ideas?
