Doesnt pay their employees

I currently work for this crook of a company and am stressed out everyday that i'm here. They do not pay us on time, causing our bank accounts to go into the hole, which in turn, causes us to get bank fees for insufficient funds. This is the fourth time our payroll has been delayed with empty promises from greg garman, our crook of a ceo.

I have looked for employment to leave this ghetto company, and have not had any luck with my search. I have to continue sitting here, with no money in my pocket, while greg garman continues to make his fortunes.

We continue to get email updates telling us that pay roll is being delayed over and over. Like we didnt know it was coming! We're not stupid.

Do not, and i stress this out, do not work for this comany! Unless you want added stress in your life, with no money.

Do not even move into any of the properties because they do not even have any money to pay their vendors, or refund your security deposit. We have past residents that have been waiting since last year to have their refund checks mailed out. Yet we require them to pay it upon move in? Thats insane! Yet we sit here, unpaid, to give them any excuse possible just to get them off the phone.
