Delayed over 2 months of deposit refund - A1 National Van Hire

This is a terrible company. Never ever rent anything from them. Delayed delivery, delayed pick-up, delayed refund (over 2 months now). They answered calls but always come up with excuses and they didn't even keep good record of the deposit amount. One guy told me that my deposit is only £250, when they took £500 from my account. I don't know how the Lloyd Bank work, but they shouldn't release the deposit money in the first place???
