I introduced my eleven-year old boy a rc vehicle for holiday. We adopted the directions towards the notice. Following the next container of break-in gas the vehicle won't begin. Whenever we contact duratrax customer care they inform me to submit the vehicle and they'll view it. Meanwhile my boy doesn't have holiday present no nothing to perform with. I'm well-versed in rc motors and also have had no issues with any others. However after I contact them-they behave as easily am silly. I had been informed to not purchase from duratrax. And today I regret used to do not pay attention to all of the warnings.
