Billing and contract a BIG SKAM. My contract expired, I told them to cancell it and yet they kept billing me. I then cancelled the monitoring line and used another company. For Months they kept claiming my contract was in force and not cancelled. Lastly they placed on my Credit Report I was a Charge Off and Dead Beat!
