Unauthorized $47.02 Withdrawal, Refund Took Three Months

On 9 Sep Direct TV took $47.02 out of my account without my permission. They claim they thought I was enrolled in the automatic bill payment. Right. After several phone calls and hours of my time wasted, they refunded the $47.02 in December. That was 3 months later!
Yesterday, 21 Jan, Direct TV took an amount of money that I don't even want to say because it upsets me every time! And they say I called and made the payment for this ridiculous amount on the phone! Are they serious? Clearly, I didn't learn my lesson the first time, because I thought it was an isolated incident. Come to find out it's not!
Since I'm military and leaving the area very soon, I told them I wanted to cancel my service, and they offered the infamous "we can transfer your service for you." Let me think about that: no! I don't want to have anything else to do with this company, and I will spread the word to all of my military comrades that in the end, they will get cheated by Direct TV. I don't recommend this company to anyone!
