Discrimination in hiring process

Has anyone felt that they were discriminated in the hiring process of this company for a At home call care rep or other career with said company?
Please if so leave a reply.

I saw where they needed an at home call center rep. I applied and performed everything needed on there website, I than received a call saying they would call me on Monday 01/19 at 900am for a phone interview.

The lady called around 906am. She ask me alot of questions that didn't really add up to anything in which they were looking for or stated on there website where you apply for such job.

She also ask me to give her examples of times when I had problems with a previous job or customer, I told her I have never had any, She said well make up one, I ask her to do what? She said make up one.

Than she said thats the last question I had for you, Now let me put you on hold and compare your responses with ours to see if you are good enough of what we are looking for. After about 15 seconds, She returned and said Im sorry but your not the person we are looking for.

Im certain that one thing is that if I were a female, I probably would be working there, Or if she would not have made me make of some example that has never happened I would be working for them, But instead I am not.

I know I was discriminated against with GE Money, And wonder how many more have been also???

I emailed Gary. Sheffer who works for GE Money twice and received confirmation emails showing he recieved my emails and read them, But he has failed to reply.

I also sent two emails to there human resource dept who also has failed to reply to the charges.
