Refund rejected

I had contacted Gina Johnson-Mattingly on or around 9/26 about purchasing a male Saint Bernard. I made the purchase, in full for $550.00 cash through western union, on or around 9/27. On 01/29 the puppies had to be put down due to illness. At that point I was promised a refund for $550.00 because there were no more Saint Bernard puppies in the litter. Since, then I have yet to received the refund. There were multiple times that I was told that the money is on the way and I've never received it. There were situations where I would not get a response to my questioning on where the money is for long periods of time. I am constantly told that I am getting a refund but it never happens and go through long periods of unanswered emails.
