Doesn't back up retailer promises ripoff

I inquired about satellite service for several days via the internet. I found a website immediately (satellitesales.com). The offer was "America's Everything Pack" for $64.99 for 10 months $84.99 there after $5.00 for locals & $5.00 additional receiver (*$74.99 a month) for 10 months.

My first bill for 2 months was an astonishing $247.04 after adjustments it was still $185.07. The next month 1 of my rebates went through crediting $10 towards the bill for 10 months. I over paid by $14.92 my bill still came to $70.69 & tax is less than $. 50.

Next month my bill still came to $70.37 with $15.00 of credit for "programming access fee" which I was never told about. This month my bill was $85.00 & this was my 5th month of service, I should still be at *$74.99 a month! What is going on.

I spent several days speaking with account execs. @ Dish but all they could offer me was 5x $10.00 credits that wouldn't appear till 2 billing cycles? Which they probably thought would keep me a customer longer! I also spoke with the retailer which was no help!
