Refused to Cancel Contract When I Requested

I called this company 6 months before my contract was to expire. I followed exactly their directions for sending in a cancellation letter 5 times. Each time it was rejected. The fifth time was accepted, but only after the contract automatically renewed for a whole year. Their delaying tactics were intentional and they refused to let me cancel my subscription when I requested.

Don't ever do business with this company. They are dishonest and deceitful.
